    Nach der Sommerpause trifft sich die Bundesregierung zur ersten Klausur nach dem Kabinettsumbau im brandenburgischen Schloss Neuhardenberg. Der Kanzler fordert Disziplin, aber die Konflikte belasten die Koalition weiterhin merklich. Rasmus Buchsteiner liefert dazu die ersten Einschätzungen direkt aus Neuhardenberg.
