Anthropic has just announced a new Claude Marketplace, and it brings all AI-related tools into one place, including plugins, connectors, agents, and more. Claude’s marketplace is already public, and Anthropic says it’s already offering more than 2,000 connectors and plugins. These plugins or connectors are available from companies like Atlassian, Google, Microsoft, Notion, Salesforce, and others, so it’s not just Anthropic filling up the marketplace. A first-in-human Phase 1 clinical trial from Cleveland Clinic found that a single infusion of a CRISPR-Cas9 gene-editing therapy produced lasting reductions in LDL (“bad”) cholesterol and triglycerides in people with lipid disorders that had not responded adequately to medications. The study followed 15 patients for one year to determine whether the cholesterol and triglyceride reductions previously reported after two months would continue over time.
