The supposed post read as follows:
Let me be f***ing clear to every r*****ed liberal on this planet.
1) I don’t give a s*** about the Epstein list.
2) I don’t give a s*** if President Trump is on it.
3) I wouldn’t give a s*** if Trump raped me.
4) I wouldn’t give a s*** if Trump touched my kids.
President Trump is getting s*** done for the American people and that’s all that matters. I still support him and will continue to do so as long as I live.
Other users shared the image at around the same time on Bluesky (archived), Facebook (archived) and Threads (archived).
In short, Snopes’ examination of the purported screenshot determined it’s a fake. The profile image, display name, handle and blue check all look vertically stretched in the image, whereas the text of the post does not. Such a disparity is the mark of an edited image, not a genuine screenshot. No evidence suggested @PoliticalStacy actually wrote or shared the alleged post.
We messaged @PoliticalStacy to ask whether the source of the fake post had been identified and to request comment about its circulation. We’ll update this article if we receive further information.
Researching the fake post
Using Adobe Photoshop and fake post with one of @PoliticalStacy’s authentic posts, we determined the creator of the former vertically stretched the top elements of the real profile by about 10%. We performed this test by overlaying an authentic post over the fake one.
Searches of Bing, DuckDuckGo, Google and Yahoo, as well as the page-archiving websites archive.today and the Internet Archive Wayback Machine, failed to locate any trace of the real @PoliticalStacy sharing the fake post.
Reverse image searches located hundreds of identical reposts of the fake screenshot. A Bluesky post (archived) from July 17, 2025, was the oldest post we found to date, at least according to search results. Other posts and videos originated in the minutes, hours or days that followed.
On July 18, 2025, @PoliticalStacy referenced managing an Etsy account, writing (archived) in part, “A bunch of hateful liberals found my Etsy page and sent me the most vile messages I’ve ever received.” The timeline of the Etsy post and the first appearance of the fake post image indicated the two were possibly related.
At the time, @PoliticalStacy repeatedly called the inauthentic post “fake,” pointed out the vertically stretched elements and said, “And to be absolutely clear… I have been vocal about my displeasure and dissatisfaction with the Trump administration not releasing all of the files,” among other remarks. She later said of the image and its mention of kids, “No mother would ever say that about their children.”
In February 2026, @PoliticalStacy shared a screenshot showing the fake post had once again surfaced on X, this time promoted as a “trending topic. ” As before, she labeled it as fake.
