Dropbox is warning some users that an unauthorized party accessed their accounts by exploiting a flaw in Lenovo’s email verification process to register fraudulent Lenovo IDs. Although some affected users did not have Lenovo accounts, the cloud-storage provider said it uses Lenovo Identity Provider Services as part of its authentication infrastructure. This allows users to log into Dropbox accounts using verified Lenovo IDs. Obesity may leave a long-lasting biological imprint on the immune system, potentially keeping some health risks elevated for years after weight loss. A 10-year study published in EMBO Reports suggests that people who have lived with obesity can retain a molecular “memory” of that state in important immune cells. Edelson PC, the law firm that filed seven lawsuits against OpenAI in April on behalf of victims and families connected to the Tumbler Ridge mass shooting, is filing 30 additional complaints this week.
