Oligo Raises $60 Million for Runtime Security

Runtime security company Oligo Security today announced raising $60 million in a new funding round that brings the total to $140 million.

Ballistic Ventures, Canon Capital, Greenfield Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Red Dot Capital, TLV Partners, and angel investors participated in the round.

Founded in 2022, Tel Aviv-based Oligo has built a security platform covering application code, cloud workloads, and AI systems that provides deep runtime visibility and real-time protection.

Through code execution observability, the platform enables organizations to block exploit attempts, prioritize risky vulnerabilities, and automate response.

As the window between vulnerability disclosure and exploitation has diminished significantly in the AI era, Oligo bets on runtime protection to catch exploits at the application layer, identify vulnerabilities that execute at runtime, and block malicious functions with high precision.

According to the company, its platform can also prevent supply chain attacks, while providing organizations with zero-day response and larger patching windows through virtual patching.

Oligo will use the fresh funding to accelerate product innovation and expand its global go-to-market operations.

“Runtime is where the business lives. It’s where revenue is generated, customers interact with applications, and brand reputation is won or lost,” said Ballistic Ventures partner Jake Seid.

“Oligo has solved one of security’s hardest problems by protecting production environments without forcing organizations to choose between security and uptime. Their combination of technical innovation, customer momentum, and category leadership made our decision to increase our investment an easy one,” Seid added.
